end tables, bowling lane stock for tops, legs are parts from victorian era doors. Bottom shelves are oak, salvaged furniture parts.
we sanded off top layer of ugly paint and wow look what we found underneath.
Next piece is kitchen island ht., on wheels, very interesting industrial cart thingie. No idea what it was originally but I really liked the curves, chipped green paint. Bowling lane top and bottom shelf.
Green tile table. Found several of these at local salvage yard. Very clever primitive fabrication, Mexico? The base is made from vintage rope spool, I took it apart, LOVE the graphics, color. This pc. has been varnished, ok for exterior use.
Jelly cabinet, door is vintage sash window with very cool obscured glass. The cast iron medallion as decorative embellishment up top was found at Sacto flea, very old.
I found this steel cabinet at urban ore, very rough. Originally a fuel tank, very heavy steel, somebody welded hinges, cut and made doors, etc. We spent many hours polishing the steel then laquered. I added wheels, hardware.
I Beam coffee tables. Top one is pine, bottom maple, both from bowling lane stock. Steel I beams are polished and laquered.
Couple more industrial pcs. Top one is an island made from vintage welding table, on wheels. 3/4" steel plate top, polished and laquered with a bottom shelf made from bowling lane stock. Below is steel shelf unit on wheels, polished, laquered.
Wine cabinet, racks originally part of a huge wine cellar. I purchased several large arrays and cut them into smaller sections. The feet on this one are from antique stove, very cool zinc architectural fragments on ends, they are grape clusters.
